Another: I talked with Brendan Ballou, a former federal prosecutor and founder of the Public Integrity Project. He wrote a book about forced arbitration, and though it’s a bit weedsy, it’s important — good luck suing anybody. That’s the TLDR.

In other news, here’s a neat little story I wrote about Ancestry — you know, Ancestry.com? I spoke with an archaeologist who is pairing new AI tech to help sift through reams of records that are found and scanned by hand all around the world. It’s uncovering a lot of interesting stuff.
